He was half-tempted to tell her he wasn't done with her -- he hadn't gone through the rest of his tests, still didn't know if she was human or something else -- but he was tired of hearing her bitch at him. He didn't need this right now, least of all from a stranger, and it was his choice. It was potentially the coward's way out -- he could be out there, helping, doing good, even if it would probably end up costing him his life -- but he was just ... so tired. He had been before this had all ended, and he was doubly so now.
